The memory of my father is made up of fleeting fragments. In this exhibition, I look at how I remember him remembering my mother during the final 12 years of his life.

Most of my projects take place in far-away places. This book explores the personal relationship I have with my work and wonders about that pivotal emotional role of the flight home. Over 6,000 copies sold so far.

A series of portraits of people who prefer to be addressed with a different pronoun than the one assigned to them at birth. Sincere, honest, often fragile, these trans individuals from Vietnam, the Netherlands and Honduras will leave no one untouched.

Maternal health care services in Malawi can not keep up with the country's rapid population growth. 

This exhibition, that shows resilience of women who are battling breast cancer, has travelled to five countries on two continents over the course of five years.
